We can fit 130 in the Orangery on round tables, 110 if needing a top table. There are many opportunities and possibilities to seat more at Woolverstone Hall. The best thing to do is to come view the venue and view the possibilities yourself!

Access times vary depending on time of year, during term time from 3:45pm to 8:00pm. and during holidays from 9:00am to 8.00pm.

Yes, we provide easels which can hold your table plan.

In order to conform with our premises licence and out of consideration for local residents, all wedding parties must finish by 1.00am

Yes, you can get a quote from a marquee supplier, suggested companies are available.

You can have a long top table, but this takes up the space of 2 round tables, reducing the capacity

We will arrange a meeting with you a month prior to your wedding date and to discuss final setup plans

We don’t have a cloakroom but we do have a hanging rail and plenty of rooms where guests can leave their coats if required.

Yes, the front of Woolverstone Hall is lit and there are lights on the wall overlooking the rear terrace

Fireworks can be fired from the back lawn and must be fired up to 11pm by a certified company.

Unfortunately we don’t allow Chinese lanterns to be launched as the debris impacts on our local residents and farmland. It also causes harm to local livestock. This ruling is in line with recommendations from the Country Land Association.


We have a list of local taxi companies. As Woolverstone Hall is situated in a rural location we would strongly recommend that taxis are booked in advance

A caretaker is on duty thought-out the event,  he is there to look after the building.
