We can fit 120 in the Orangery on round tables, 110 if needing a small top table. There are many opportunities and possibilities to seat more at Woolverstone Hall. The best thing to do is to come view the venue and view the possibilities yourself!

We need an idea of your plans 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding date and you need to arrange a visit to discuss final setup plans of the orangery and other rooms used.
We don’t have a cloakroom but we do have a hanging rail and plenty of rooms where guests can leave their coats if required.

Unfortunately we don’t allow Chinese lanterns to be launched as the debris impacts on our local residents and farmland. It also causes harm to local livestock. This ruling is in line with recommendations from the Country Land Association.
We have a list of local taxi companies. As Woolverstone Hall is situated in a rural location we would strongly recommend that taxis are booked in advance
A caretaker is on duty thought-out the event, he/she is employed to look after the building. You can also request for our Events Executive to be there on the day to help and support you both on your special day.
